Our refund and returns policy on hardware lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We cannot offer a refund on voice and data services that are provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a hardware return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please do not send your hardware purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
